We at Primecorp Property Management are taking the worldwide coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns very seriously. We will continue to take all possible measures and precautions to protect our employees, tenants and guests. Primecorp is complying with the request of Ottawa Public Health and immediately implementing Social Distancing measures, we encourage all residents to do the same.
Public access to the administration offices has been restricted to select employees only; please call or email during regular business hours. Rents can be made by email transfer and cheques, please contact our office for information on how to pay by email transfer. Cheques can be dropped off in the mailbox in your building or mailed to 275 Bank St, Suite 301, Ottawa K2P 2L6. As an essential service, our main office is open from Monday-Friday 10am-3pm for property service purposes. Rent payment is not encouraged to be made at the office.

Maintenance staff will not be performing any non-urgent service requests in tenant homes. Emergency work will be assessed on a case by case basis. We ask that all tenants comply with any screening, distancing and other safety requests made by staff required to perform any emergency work. In the event that any staff experience symptoms they have been instructed to stay home and self-isolate.
